The Uniting Church have initiated a master planned vertical village community in Gordon. After listening to community concerns over the height, plans were scaled back from a 19 to 16-storey tower. The now approved project will comprise 96 ILU’s with 60-bed RACF, 20 care apartments and 14 assisted living apartments. The building will also comprise 155 car parking spaces across four basement levels.

MBC Group were engaged to provide certification services for construction through to completion of this Class 2 and 9c development.
