Intended to set a new standard for quality and design in the area, Miranda Central is a bold, highly individual building. Designed by Altis Architecture, it contains a selection of oversized studio, 1 bed + study, 2 bed, 2 bed + study and 3 bed + study apartments, all with secure parking, lift access and storage. The development and strata subdivision incorporated the construction of a 5-storey residential unit building containing 57 apartments above the existing carpark and Aldi retail store, creating a mixed-use development.

MBC Group were engaged as the Principal Certifier and issued multiple CCs to suit the staging and program for the development. Our building surveyor team worked closely with the project team including Altis Architecture and Greenley as the head contractor. The retail outlet remained operational during the works which called for careful coordination of the project staging and inspections during construction.
