After outgrowing its Moorebank site, Flower Power established an indoor and outdoor retail plant nursery in Milperra, with a trade shop, pet shop, pool shop, offices, fitness centre and 200-space carpark. Construction was undertaken in two phases, starting with ground and remediation works, followed by services, building works and signage.

Our team developed a tailored strategy that accommodated the design while achieving regulatory compliance with the Building Code of Australia. We worked with Fire and Rescue NSW to develop a fire engineering solution for fire brigade access to the perimeter of the site, as well as smoke hazard management within the building.

The development also involved widening adjacent roads and adding turning lanes and traffic lights. Our Accredited Certifiers consulted with the relevant authorities to ensure planning and construction approvals were received at critical stages of the construction program.
