In what will be the largest public project in Liverpool’s CBD, Built have been selected for the project delivery agreement with Liverpool City Council. The development will deliver a new civic hub incorporating a library, a 13,000m² commercial office building to house Council’s offices, childcare facilities, a basement public car park and civic plaza fronted by retail facilities. Along with the new civic facilities Built will develop two new mixed-use towers comprising 250 apartments, an 84-room hotel and around 1,200m² of retail premises.

MBC Group are pleased to have been engaged by Built to provide BCA Consultancy covering the preliminary design review, design development, construction and occupation phases, including the fitouts of the Library, Council Chambers and Offices.
