In early 2020 the federal government established a new agency called Services Australia. The agency delivers social services through government programs including Centrelink, Medicare, the PBS and the Child Support Agency. Although its aim is to move these services online where possible, it still offers contact offices across Australia, in a similar model to Service NSW.

MBC Group were pleased to be engaged from 2020 onwards, becoming a key provider of either certification or NCC consultancy services for the Services Australia office fitout programme. Working closely with several architects and project managers we have managed building compliance services for offices throughout regional NSW, ranging from Murwillumbah to Narooma to Gunnedah. These fitouts are often challenging in terms of locations and timescales, requiring careful project management to deliver timely advice for each development.
