The Lawson Terraces are an urban connection to the Australian bushland, with a north-facing aspect and featuring two separate living areas, including internal courtyards. Designed by architect firm Rothelowman, and close to the heritage-listed landmark now known as Henry Lawson Cave, the Lawson Terraces are a collection of 17 exclusive terrace homes in Naremburn. With a nod to the post-war architecture that characterises much of the area’s built environment, these unique homes take cues from the geometric forms and muted natural materials of the Mid-Century Modern design.
MBC Group were pleased to offer our certification services for the construction of a multi-dwelling housing development comprising the townhouses, associated basement car parking and landscaping.
